CANCELLATION POLICY
**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** To ensure availability for all clients and to respect the time reserved specifically for your appointment, we kindly require at least **24 hours' notice** for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking retainer. All retainers are **non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time**. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged a **30% no-show fee** based on the total scheduled service amount. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
